Adventure-Ready Guarantee
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the perfect camp stove flame is to your morning coffee ritual.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Receive Authorization: Our gear specialists will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories (tent stakes, stove parts, etc.) like you’d prepare your camp kitchen for transport.
- Ship Back: Send to our San Diego headquarters using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Need a different size or model of tent or cookware? Follow the same steps as returns, clearly stating you prefer an exchange and your desired replacement item.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process within 3-5 business days (your bank may take additional 2-5 days to post)
- Original Payment Method: Funds return to the original payment method
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement within 3 business days of receiving your return
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used camping stoves (liquid fuel or compressed fuel canister models)
- Opened fuel canisters
- Personalized items
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)

International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using the original shipping carrier (DHL/FedEx) for fastest processing.
