Order Processing

We gear up fast! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your adventure kit ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivers in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS, delivers in 15-25 business days after shipment

Global Adventurers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees—check with your local post office for details.

Our Adventure-Ready Return Policy

Just like checking your tent stakes before a storm, we want you to be 100% confident in your gear. Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) for return
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund/exchange)
  2. Receive Authorization: Our gear specialists will email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Pack Like a Pro: Repackage items with all original components (tent poles, stove parts, etc.) just as carefully as you’d pack for a backcountry trip
  4. Ship Back: Send to our San Diego HQ using a trackable method:

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days to process + 2-5 days for your bank to post
  • Original Payment Method: Funds return to the original payment source
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days of return receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Used camping stoves (liquid fuel or compressed fuel models)
  • Opened fuel canisters
  • Personalized items
  • Final sale items (marked in product descriptions)

International Returns

Global adventurers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. For fastest processing, we recommend using the original carrier (DHL/FedEx).
